4-H'ERS VISIT CAPITOL IN CITIZENSHIP PROJECT

Lisa Grubb, Chris Gwinn, Alecia and Angie Simpkins, Andy Stull and Clay White were among 325 4-H'ers who attended 4-H Day at the Capitol sponsored by the Cooperative Extension Office at Virginia State University.

The citizenship program is designed to provide members with a hands-on approach to understanding the processes of Virginia government. Members can visit with elected officials in state government, including Gov. Douglas Wilder.
