Mary Belle Hodges, 67, of Roanoke, died Wednesday. Mrs Hodges was preceded
in death by a daughter, Linda Gayle Humphrey. Surviving are her husband,
Richard Lee Hodges; five children, Sharon Faye Draper, Carolyn Lee Schoonover,
both of Roanoke; Dianne Lynn Humphrey, Hardy; Gary Richard Hodges, Boones
Mill; Byron Reed Hodges, Roanoke; her mother, Ruth Jane Manning, Roanoke;
brother, James Ira Manning, Roanoke; eight grandchildren; two
great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be conducted from Lotz Roanoke
Chapel 1:00 p.m. Friday, March 9, 1990, with Dr. Joe Bryant officiating.
Interment will be in Martin Memorial Park, Roanoke County. Friends may call at
Lotz Roanoke Chapel.
