COOK, RAY M.\ RALEIGH, N.C. - Ray McCoy Cook age 78, died Saturday. Funeral service will be held Tuesday at 2:00 p.m. at the Brown-Wynne Funeral Home on Millbrook Road, Raleigh, N.C. Burial will be in Raleigh Memorial Park. Survivors are his wife, Neta L. Cook, Raleigh, N.C.; two daughters, Betty Rae Dixon, Youngsville, N.C.; and Peggy Joyce Thomas, Raleigh, N.C.; one brother, Robert Elijah Cook, Roanoke; six sisters, Audry Virginia Cook; Irene Estelle Scyphers; and Nellie Florence, all of Roanoke; Maye Harriet Lister, Ithica, N.Y.; Rosemary Beeby, Ocala, Fla.; and Bonnie Jean Lidgle, Norfolk; four grandchildren; six great-grandchildren. The family will receive friends at the Brown-Wynne Funeral Home on Millbrook Road from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. today.
