BELCHER, WILLIAM M., JR.\ William M. (Billy) Belcher, Jr., age 35, of Philadelphia and formerly of Roanoke, passed away Monday, in a Philadelphia hospital. He was employed by Saks Fifth Avenue. Surviving are his parents, Mr. & Mrs. William M. Belcher, Sr., Roanoke; two sisters, Mrs. Lennie (Sue) Lucas, Roanoke; Mrs. Shahn (Juanita) Wilburn, Pearisburg; a niece, Melissa L. Simpson; a nephew, Len Lucas; also many aunts and uncles. Funeral services will be held 11:00 a.m. Friday, March 16, 1990, from the Lotz Vinton Chapel with the Rev. Larry W. Lykens officiating. Interment in Blue Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 9:00 p.m. on Thursday at the Lotz Vinton Chapel.
