Timesland scoring champion Kevin Martin of Fieldale-Collinsville, Jamie Lee of George Wythe and Jeff Reid of Patrick County were chosen for the first team.
State champion R.E. Lee-Staunton swept top honors, with Reggie Waddy chosen as player of the year and Paul Hatcher selected as coach of the year.
Waddy, a 6-foot-7 senior center, averaged 16.3 points and 19 rebounds a game as the Leemen went 28-0.
Kris Weshinsky of Loudoun Valley completes the first team.
Lee, the New River District player of the year who is being recruited by VMI, Radford and Marshall, led the Maroons to the regular-season and district tournament championships.
Reid, a 6-3 forward, averaged 28.6 points and 17.4 rebounds a game. A 57 percent shooter from the floor, Reid scored 40 or more points twice and in one six-game stretch scored 30 or more points five times.
Martin, who averaged 28.8 points a game, scored at least 40 points in three games and had 30 or more in five others. The 6-3 guard made 166 of 186 free throws and shot 51 percent from the field.
Named to the second team as a repeat selection was senior Clyde Bryant of Smithfield. Also on the second team are seniors John Breedlove of Tunstall and Jay Purcell of Blacksburg, who has signed with Virginia Tech, and sophomores Odell Hodge of Laurel Park and Jason Lansdown of Broad Run.
