TRUTH COMES OUT ON STATE BUDGET CRUNCH

A FEW WEEKS before the November election, some Republican leaders warned the voters of a state budget crunch. The Democratic leadership quickly denied it. Since January, not one but two notches have been taken up on that budget belt.
