Some people feel that the new state law is unconstitutional and that they should have the right to light up anywhere they want. I don't think anything is unconstitutional when there is harm to the surrounding public and it is uncomfortable to breathe. The smokers think they own the air and that they ought to be able to do what they please; but the air is as much ours as it is theirs, and they shouldn't have the right to ruin it.\ KEVIN B.
