Vice President Dan Quayle, again crossing diplomatic paths with Nicaraguan
President Daniel Ortega, told him the United States is displeased with some of
his government's actions as it prepares to surrender power, a Quayle spokesman
says. The two met for the second day this week as they joined other foreign
dignitaries in Brasilia, Brazil, formally presenting their credentials on the
eve of today's presidential inauguration in Brazil.
