BASKETBALL SCALPERS GET BIG BUCKS IN RICHMOND

Some scalpers in Richmond, where it is legal to resell tickets for more than face value, say the they're getting between $200 and $450 for NCAA southeast regional tickets, which are good for six games. The retail price is $48.

Roy Williams of Kansas, whose team has been ranked fifth or higher for 16 straight weeks after being unranked at the start of the season, was named Coach of the Year by the United States Basketball Writers Association.
