AGREEMENTS REACHED ON DULLES TOLL ROAD

Agreements were reached Friday which clear the way for construction of the first 10-mile stretch of the Dulles Toll Road extension by a private company, a consortium of five landowners announced.

The deal includes 240 acres of land for the projected highway from the current end of the toll road at Virginia 28 to Virginia 659 in Loudoun County.
