OBIT-MABRY, L.

MABRY, LYLE R., JR.\ Lyle R. (Runt) Mabry, Jr., age 66, of Roanoke, died Friday in the V.A. Medical Center. He was a retired painter. He was a veteran of the U.S. Nanvy, having served during World War II. Surviving are his wife, Virginia L. Mabry; four sons, Lyle Rickmond Mabry, III, Roanoke; Richard Lucas Mabry, Alexandria; William Gary Mabry and Lyle Warren Mabry, both of Roanoke; two sisters, Pauline Reed and Ruby Bocock, both of Roanoke; five grandchildren; and one great-grandson. Funeral services will be conducted from Lotz Roanoke Chapel, 11:00 a.m. Monday, March 19, 1990, with the Rev. Steven Harris officiating. Interment in Fair View Cemetery. Military honor by Roanoke Valley D.A.V. Friends may call at Lotz Roanoke Chapel.
