GEORGE, RUTH C.\ BALTIMORE, MD. - Mrs. Ruth Cullen Manning George, age 71, of Baltimore, formerly of Roanoke, died Monday, March 19, 1990, in Baltimore, Md. She was preceded in death by her husband, Russell M. George. Surviving are her mother, Mary B. Cullen, Roanoke; son and daughter-in-law, Charles R. and Loretta D. Manning, Roanoke; one brother, Ellis E. Cullen; one sister, Mary Ellen Pentecost, both of Roanoke. Funeral services will be held at Oakey's South Chapel at 10:00 a.m. Thursday, with the Rev. Robert Hamner officiating. Interment will follow in Evergreen Burial Park. Friends may call at Oakey's South Chapel.
