WAID, SADIE J.\ Mrs. Sadie J. Waid of 2759 Florida Ave., N.W., died March 20, 1990 in a local hospital. She was the widow of Dr. Harry H. Waid, former pastor of Central Baptist Church, Roanoke. Survivors are three sons, Roy H. (Ella) Waid, Roanoke; Mason D. (Yvonne) Waid, Hillcrest Heights, Md.; Rev. H. Eugene (Ruby) Waid, Roanoke; six daughters, Mrs. Bessie Basham, Cloverdale; Mrs. Essie (Maceo) Jackson; Mrs. Sadie (George) Stores; Mrs. Sylvia (Richard) Davis; Mrs. Rebekah (Lewis) Drew; Mrs. Sandra (Robert) Wright, all of Roanoke; thirty-nine grandchildren; seventy-five great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren. Hamlar-Curtis, Morticians.
