OBIT-DRAPER, R.

DRAPER, RICHARD L.\ Richard L. (Dick) Draper, age 88, of Belleville Rd., S.W., died Tuesday, March 20, 1990. He was a retired machinist from Norfolk and Western Railway at Shaffer's Crossing and was preceded in death by his wife and a son. Surviving are two daughters, T. Grace Draper, Roanoke; Roberta D. Pittman, Raleigh, N.C.; son, William R. Draper, Corpus Christy, Tx.; nine grandchildren; thirteen great-grandchildren; sister, Mrs. Mary D. Thompson, Deltaville, Va. Funeral services will be held at Oakey's Roanoke Chapel at 3:00 p.m. Thursday with the Rev. Tom Stocks officiating. Interment will be in Sherwood Memorial Park. Friends may call at Oakey's Roanoke Chapel.
