KENLEY, OAKLEY M.\ RADFORD - Oakley Maynard Kenley, age 82, passed away Thursday, March 22, 1990, at Radford Community Hospital. He was a retired welder and pipefitter. Survivors include his wife, Eva V. Kenley; two sons and daughters-in-law, Ralph E. and Eveline Kenley, Dublin; Richard and Linda Kenley, Radford; three daughters, Mary Kirtner; Mrs. Elwood (Virginia) Smart; Judy Duncan, all of Radford; 13 grandchildren; and 8 great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held Sunday at 2:00 p.m. at the Seaver-Sanders Funeral Home with pastor Edward Wood and Larry Phillips officiating. Interment will follow in Highland Memory Gardens at Dublin. The family will receive friends from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. Saturday at the Seaver-Sanders Funeral Home in Radford.
