Free soil testing and computer garden plotting will be available to the public through the Blacksburg Department of Parks and Recreation, the Virginia Tech Extension Service and the Montgomery Master Gardner Association on Saturday, 10 a.m.-4 p.m. at the Blacksburg Community Center.
