OBIT - BOBBITT, H.

Henry Coleman Bobbitt, 87, of Rt. 2, Penhook died Friday. Born August 20, 1902 in Pittsylvania County, he was the son of the late Harvey Bobbitt and Ada Owen Bobbitt. He was a member of Liberty Christian Church. He is survived by one son, David C. Bobbitt of Daleville; two daughters, Pearl Campbell of Penhook and Sharlean Odgen of Madison Heights; three sisters, Nannie Doss of Penhook, Thelma Tuck and Kathleen Hedrick of Danville; six grandchildren, and four great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be conducted today at 4 p.m., Liberty Christian Church by Wayne Grinnell, pastor, and the Rev. J.D. Hunt III. Interment will follow in the church cemetery. Colbert-Moran Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
