SINK, L. GEORGE\ ROCKY MOUNT - Mr. L. George Sink, of Rt. 4, died Saturday morning, March 24, 1990, at the home of his daughter. He was born March 31, 1902, in Franklin County and was retired from American Bridge Co. He was preceded in death by his wife, Lue Annie Sink, and two infant daughters. Surviving are three daughters and two sons-in-law, Hattie and Francis Agee, and Betty Lee Dooley, all of Rocky Mount; Marie and Donnie Flora, Boones Mill; one son and daughter-in-law, Claude Allen (Pete) and Geraldine G. Sink, Rocky Mount; one sister, Mrs. Emma Boitnott of Boones Mill; one brother, Mr. Hardin Sink, Rocky Mount; seven granddaughters, Debbie Foster, Annette Hodges, Elizabeth Ann Dooley, and Betty Marie Dooley, all of Rocky Mount; Dee Ann Flora of Boones Mill; Jennie Dooley of Roanoke; Trudy Rivera of Puerto Rico; three grandsons, Dale Wayne Agee, Ray Allen Agee, and Leon Sink, all of Rocky Mount; eight great-grandchildren, Carrie Foster, Katie Foster, Jesse Tyler Hodges, Morgan K. Sink, Adam Louis Rivera, Victor Emanuel Rivera, Jessica Rivera, and Heather Renea Agee. Funeral services will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday in the Gogginsville United Methodist Church with the Rev. L. Stanley Wright, Elder W. Lane Carter, and the Rev. Rebecca Baile Crouse officiating. Interment will follow in the Hodges Cemetery. Friends may call at Lynch Funeral Home after 2:00 p.m. Sunday where the family will be from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. and the family will also receive friends at the Gogginsville United Methodist Church Tuesday evening from 7:00 to 9:00.
