MILLS, LOUISE A.\ Louise A. Mills, of Roanoke, died Friday in a local hospital. She was the widow of James C. Mills, a retired employee of the Roanoke City Central Library and was a member of First Baptist Church where she served as Church Librarian for 31 years. Surviving are a sister, Mabel A. Cammon, Hampton; a stepson, Richard M. Mills, Escondido, Calif.; stepgrandchildren, Nathan Mills, Mark Mills, and Laura Mills, all of Escondido, Calif.; nieces, Peggy C. Tallon, Lorton, Va.; Pamela C. Ellis, Ramstein Air Force Base, Germany; great-nieces and nephews, Cathy Key, Covington; Jeffrey Key, Hampton; Lauren Ellis and Matthew Ellis, both of Ramstein Air Force Base, Germany. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that memorials be made to the First Baptist Church Building Fund or to the American Cancer Society. Funeral services will be held 12 noon Tuesday at Oakey's Roanoke Chapel with the Rev. John D. Cochran officiating. Interment will follow in Blue Ridge Memorial Gardens.
