BUENA VISTA - James Carl Breedlove, age 67, died March 24, 1990, in the Veterans Hospital in Washington, D.C. He was a veteran of World War II. Surviving are his wife, Mattie L. Breedlove, Buena Vista; one daughter, Janie Staats, Alexandria; one son, Jimmy Breedlove, Alexandria; one brother, Russell Breedlove, Lexington; four grandchildren. Funeral services will be conducted Tuesday, March 27, at 2:00 p.m. in the Lomax Funeral Chapel with Elder Alvin Coleman officiating. Burial will follow in the Green Hill Cemetery. The family will receive friends Monday evening from 7:00 to 8:00 at the Lomax Funeral Home in Buena Vista.
