BLACKSBURG - Rhonda Lynn Jones, age 18, went to be with Jesus Saturday, March 24, 1990, at Roanoke Memorial Hospital. She is survived by her parents, Jerry W. and Patsy Brumfield Jones; one sister, Karen Jones, Blacksburg; maternal grandfather, Merle Brumfield, Blacksburg; a special friend, Jarred Walters, Blacksburg. Funeral services will be Tuesday, March 27, at 11:00 a.m. at Hoy-McCoy Funeral Home Chapel. The Rev. Dale W. Ketch will officiate. Interment will follow in North Fork Baptist Church Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Blacksburg Rescue Squad, 200 Progress St., N.E., Blacksburg, Va., 24060. The family will receive friends Monday from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. at Hoy-McCoy Funeral Home.
