DOWNEY, JANET K.\ DALEVILLE - Janet Kyle Downey, age 62, died Sunday, March 25, 1990, in a Salem hospital. She is survived by one son, Scott K. Downey, Daleville; three sisters, Margaret Smith, Scotland; Helen Arehart, Woodsfield, Ohio; and Nancy Davidson, Scotland; four brothers, William Kyle, John Kyle, James Kyle, and David Kyle, all of Scotland; and 15 nieces and nephews. Funeral service will be held Wednesday, March 28, at 1:00 p.m. at the Rader Troutville Chapel with the Rev. Victor W. Wolf, Jr., officiating. Interment will follow in the Daleville Cemetery. The family will receive friends Tuesday from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made the Downey Family, P.O. Box 321, Daleville, VA 24083.
