WEBBER, CLYDE M.\ Clyde McKinley Webber, age 89, of 220 North Blair St., Vinton, passed away Sunday at Friendship Manor Nursing Home. He was predeceased by his wife, Elsie Covington Webber. He is survived by a daughter and son-in-law, Ruby W. and Richard W. Ingram, Vinton; also several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held 3:00 p.m. Wednesday, March 28, 1990 from the Lotz Vinton Chapel. The Rev. Gerald C. Stone will officiate. Interment at Mountain View Cemetery. Friends may call at Lotz Vinton Chapel.
