OBIT MARTIN, R.

Ruby Frances Martin, age 79, of Roanoke, died Monday. She was a member of Peters Creek Church of the Brethren. Surviving are her husband, Albert L. Martin; a sister, Mattie B. Snead; a devoted friend, Alsie Keen, all of Roanoke; numerous nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be from Oakey's North Chapel at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday. The Rev. Paris Bain will officiate. Interment will follow in Peters Creek Cemetery. Friends may call at Oakey's North Chapel, where the family will receive friends from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. Tuesday.
