\ KENNETH E. GRAHAM was recently appointed postmaster of Radford by the Richmond Division general manager and postmaster. Graham has worked with the Postal Service for 21 years in Blacksburg, Nickelsville, Gate City, Marion and Salem.
\ Leggett of the New River Valley Mall in Christiansburg recently recognized the top achievers in its store as members of the company's Pacesetter Club for outstanding contribution in sales or job performance during 1989.
\ LEATHIA ATKINS, ROBIN GATEWOOD, EVELYN HARRIS, BEVERLY JONES, JANICE JONES, GINA KAKNIS, JANE MOYE, RUBY MULLINS, JUDY PROCO, MARY NELL SWEENEY and\ BARBARA WAUGH were recognized.
\ ROBERT C. PISCURA has been certified by the International Board of Standards and Practices for Certified Financial Planners as a certified financial planner.
He successfully completed a course and has passed the examinations in the financial planning process, risk management, investments and other areas.
