I suppose, indirectly, we all owe DeWilde a little thanks too. Because of his addiction, he feels his rights are more important than ours. So he shows no respect or consideration for anyone else's. Del. Cranwell thought courtesy was the way to go, but DeWilde and people like him proved Cranwell wrong. So Cranwell was forced to change his tobacco bill to a clean-air bill.\ MERLE H.
