STROLLS DISRUPTED BY LEASH-LAW VIOLATORS

I RECENTLY moved to Roanoke County after being away for seven years and am living in the Glenvar area.

Two nights in a row I tried to take a late-evening walk - unsuccessfully because of people knowingly breaking the leash law.

It's very frightening to have a large dog come at you as you are walking along on a public road. My concern is not only for myself, but my two small children as well. DAWN STANLEY SALEM
