SPECIAL EDUCATION IS PROGRAM'S FOCUS

The April edition of "Community Speaking," the Radford University public affairs program, will focus on special education.

Guests Judy Rowe, a Christiansburg Elementary School special education teacher, and Radford University human services faculty members Judy Englehard and Carol Geller, will discuss learning-disabled and emotionally disturbed students as well as education for the mentally handicapped.

"Community Speaking" is aired on Simmons Cable Channel 28 Tuesdays at 4 p.m., Wednesdays at noon, Thursdays at 7 p.m., and Sundays at 6 p.m.
