ALLEY, ELIZA B.\ CHRISTIANSBURG - Eliza Bowyer Alley, age 85, died Wednesday, April 4, 1990, in the Lewis-Gale Hospital. She is survived by two sons, Kellas B. Bowyer, Kellesville, Va.; Rodney Bowyer, San Gabriel, Calif.; three daughters, Ruby B. Goddin, Blacksburg; Ann Cogar, Frankfort, N.Y.; Sharon Poff, Christiansburg; a brother, Roy C. Mann, Rhode Island; three sisters, Elsie Rudisill, W.Va.; Ethel Beechman, Yorktown; Macy Roles, Williamsburg; 10 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be at 11:00 a.m. Saturday from the Cambria Baptist Church, conducted by the Rev. Maurice T. McCarthy, Jr. A graveside service will be at 2:30 p.m. Saturday, conducted by the Rev. Jack Tankersley, at the Coal City Cemetery, Coal City, W.Va. The family will receive friends from 7:00 until 9:00 Friday evening at the Richardson-Horne Funeral Home, Christiansburg.
