BE CONSISTENT ON BINGO RULES

IF SOME bingo halls have to abide by the rules, why shouldn't they all? Why can't the proper authorities check these places periodically and see what they're doing? If they are not operating according to the rules, then put them out of business.

Why does the Cancer Society have drives and collect door-to-door if they are sponsoring bingo games? They should be making a fortune from these games if they are truly sponsoring them.
