BLACKSBURG - Jesse Thomas, age 62, died Friday, April 6, 1990. He was a retired employee of R.A.A.P. Surviving are his wife, Virginia Lee Thomas; one daughter and son-in-law, Jessica and Dean Underwood; three grandchildren, Rusty, Barry and Jennifer Underwood, all of Blacksburg; four brothers, Larry Thomas, Floyd; Cosom Thomas and Clifford Thomas, both of Martinsville; Pete Thomas, Fayetteville, N.C. Funeral services will be Monday, April 9, at 1:00 p.m. at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, conducted by Bishop Scott Hendricks. Interment will follow in Westview Cemetery. The family will receive friends Sunday from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. at Hoy-McCoy Funeral Home.
