JONES, CHRIS S.\ Mr. Chris Sam Jones, age 75, of 817 12th Street, N. W., passed away in a local hospital on Saturday. Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Lois Jones; daughter, Mrs. Jeanette Joyner, Portsmouth, Va.; two sisters, Mrs. Mary Day, Charleston, W. Va.; Ms. Becky Taylor, Roanoke, Va.; fourteen grandchildren, sixteen great-grandchildren; son-in-law, Richard Joyner, Portsmouth, Va.; three brothers-in-law, Lawrence Day, Charleston, W. Va.; James E. Harris, Moneta, Va.; William Gaithon, Roanoke; one sister-in-law, Mrs. Mable Gaithon, Roanoke; many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Hamlar-Curtis, Morticians.
