ROANOKER NEW MISS BOTETOURT

Jill Stephens, 18, a freshman at Roanoke College, won the Miss Botetourt pageant Saturday.

She is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. James Stephens of Roanoke. Runners-up were Lucia Eckstein of Roanoke, first; Stephanie Wise of Salem, second; Melissa Spradlin of Salem, third.
