EX-CONGRESSMAN J.K. ROBINSON DIES

J. Kenneth Robinson, a Republican who served seven terms in the House of Representatives for Virginia's 7th district, has died at age 73.

Robinson died Sunday morning at his Frederick County home of pancreatic cancer and complications.

During his 14 years in Congress, Robinson earned a reputation as a fiscal conservative who pushed for a strong defense.

The funeral will be Wednesday at 11 a.m. at Sacred Heart Catholic Church.
