Survivors are three sons, Jimmy Leonard Harper, Raymond Arthur Harper, both of Wirtz; Lawrence McKindley, Hardy; three daughters, Ms. Airline Harper, Washington, D.C.; Ms. Armmy Jean Reynolds, Wirtz; Mrs. Elnora Patterson, Roanoke; two brothers, John Harper, James Harper, both of Roanoke; two sisters, Mrs. Cornelia Helms, Mrs. Reva Stuart, both of Roanoke; three daughters-in-law, Mrs. Darlene Harper, Hardy; Mrs. Lucy Harper, Mrs. Ninateen Harper, both of Wirtz; two sons-in-law, Bobby Reynolds, Wirtz; Edward Patterson, Roanoke; 24 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and other relatives.
