BRISTOL MAN NAMED TO LOTTERY BOARD

A former state senator from Bristol was one of two men appointed Monday to the state Lottery Board by Gov. Douglas Wilder.

H. Dunlop Dawbarn of Bristol, president of the Camac Corp., was named to fill an unexpired term that ends Jan. 14, 1991.

Harris N. Miller of McLean, a managing partner of Holt, Miller & Associates, a policy, lobbying and consulting firm in Arlington, was named to a five-year term that expires Jan. 14, 1995.
