OBIT MATHEWS, H.

Hammet Buris Mathews, age 54, died Wednesday, April 11, 1990 in Stonewall Jackson Hospital. He was born October 19, 1935 in Lexington and was the son of Mrs. Mary Rhodes Mathews of Glasgow and the late Hammet Buris Mathews. He was a member of St. John's Episcopal Church. Surviving with his mother are one brother, Edward A. Mathews, Lee High, Fla. Graveside services will be conducted Friday at 3:00 p.m. at the Glasgow Cemetery. Rev. John Furgerson will officiate. The family will receive friends at the residence. Harrison Funeral Home, Lexington, is in charge of the arrangements.
