OBIT ROBERSON, C.

Calvin Lee Roberson, age 62, died Wednesday, April 11, 1990, at Radford Community Hospital. He was owner and operator of Roberson's Jewelry Shop in Floyd and was a veteran of the Korean Conflict. Surviving are his wife, Helen Smith Roberson; three sons and two daughters-in-law, Calvin Lane Roberson, Rodney Dale and Mitzi Roberson, Gary Wayne and Melissa Roberson, all of Floyd; one granddaughter, Lisa Renee Roberson, Floyd; father, Carl Lee Roberson, Floyd; two brothers, Marvis Hubert Roberson, Glenn Hensel Roberson, both of Floyd; one sister, Reva Morrow, Orangevale, Calif. Funeral services will be at 3:00 p.m. Friday at the Maberry Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Alton Griffin, the Rev. Frank Wimmer and the Rev. Douglas Jones officiating. Burial will be in the Copper Hill Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. Thursday at the Maberry Funeral Home.
