OPEN HOUSE FOR DAY SERVICE

New River Valley Community Services' Developmental Day Service for the Mentally Retarded(above) held an open house last week at its new home(right) at 705 Rock Road in Radford. The building has handicapped access and several classrooms, so staff can give clients more individual attention. "The clients are very proud of the facility," said Kay Dillon, director of the mental health division of the services board.
