TECH GRADUATE NAMED HARDEE'S FINANCE CHIEF

Richard L. Hall, executive vice president and chief financial officer of Alexandria, Va.-based Peoples Drug Stores, will join Hardee's Food Systems Inc., William E. Prather, Jr., Hardee's president said Thursday.

Hall, a graduate of Virginia Tech and George Mason University, will be executive vice president and chief financial officer at Hardee's effective June 1.
