SPANGLER, WILLIAM D.\ CHERRY HILL, N.J. - William Dallas Spangler, age 93, died April 12, 1990, in Cherry Hill, N.J. He is formerly of Roanoke and is retired from the Railway Postal Service. Surivivors are one son, Robert L. Spangler, Drexel Hill, Pa.; one daughter, Mary L. Concannon, Cherry Hill, N.J.; six grandchildren; five great-grandchildren. Services will be conducted at Oakey's North Chapel at 10:00 a.m. Tuesday April 17, 1990, with the Rev. Harry E. Leland officiating. Burial will be in Green Hill Cemetery, Buena Vista, Va. The family will receive friends from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. Monday at Oakey's North Chapel.
