WYTHEVILLE DRUG INDICTMENTS MADE PUBLIC

More than 30 people have been charged with drug-related and other offenses in indictments issued Monday by a Wythe County grand jury and made public Tuesday.

Larry Garland faces two charges of selling cocaine, one of manufacturing crank, and one of giving a controlled substance to a minor. Rodney Allison is charged with manufacturing marijuana and possession with intent to distribute.

Johnny Garland is charged with distribution of cocaine and marijuana and manufacturing crank. Vincent Kyle is charged with conspiracy to distribute cocaine, distribution of marijuana and grand larceny.

Charged with two counts each of selling cocaine are Johnny Miles Mulkey Jr., John David Blevins and Edward Earl Pickle; with distribution of cocaine: Paula Gates Morgan, David Fletcher, Nathan Gordon, Johnny Shupe, Robert J. Goldberg, Edwin E. Stroupe and Allen Terry Wyatt; with distribution of marijuana: Debbie Stroupe Fowler, Teresa Burks, Tony Earl Kirk, Johnny A. Jones, Chris Wilkins, Wanda Sharitz and Lenwood Armbrister.

Charged with giving a controlled substance to a minor are Vicky Norman, Damien Reed and Calvin Boysaw; conspiracy to distribute cocaine: Christopher M. Brown and Jerry Vipperman; fraud in the selling of imitation drugs: Richard Brown, J.D. Sanford and Gerald Johnson.

Boysaw and Johnson also were charged with selling marijuana, and Vipperman with distribution of cocaine.

Others indicted as a result of the undercover investigation by the Tri-County Drug Task Force are Dale Vaught and James Pulliam, charged with making threatening telephone calls; Charles Edward Harden, possession of a firearm; and Joey Spain, giving a controlled substance to a minor and selling stolen property.
