OBIT CREECH, W.

William J. (Bill) Creech, age 66, of Roanoke died in a Roanoke hospital Tuesday night. He was a retired contractor and developer and owned the Cavalier Realty Company in Portsmouth from 1950-1978. He was a member of Grandin Court Baptist Church. Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Iwilda J. Creech, Roanoke; son and daughter-in law, William J. Creech, Jr. and Janice A. Creech, Roanoke; sister, Mrs. Ruth R. Daniel, Pensacola, Fla.; brother, J.V. Creech, Kinston, N.C.; two grandchildren, William J. Creech, III; Sarah McClain Creech; both of Roanoke. Funeral services will be conducted at Oakey's South Chapel 2:00 p.m. Thursday, by the Rev. Robert Hamner. Burial will be in Franklin Memorial Park. Friends may call at Oakey's South Chapel where the family will receive friends from 7:00 - 9:00 p.m. Wednesday. Family suggests memorials be made to the Rheumatoid Arthritis Foundation 1240-B Third Street S.W. Roanoke, Va 24016
