MORAN, ELBERT A. Mr. Elbert Alexander Moran, age 84, died Tuesday, April 17, 1990. He is survived by two sons, Garland L. Moran; Melvin R. Moran, both of Troutville; two daughters, Dororthy M. Wood, Roanoke; Gladys M. Huffman, Troutville; one brother, Edgar L. Moran, Troutville; one sister, Virgee Hinchee, Astor Park, Fla.; nine grandchildren; fifteen great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held Thursday, April 19, 2:00 p.m. at Rader Troutville Chapel with the Rev. Herbert F. Hogan officiating. Interment will follow in Mr. Union Cemetery. The family will receive friends Wednesday from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
