Mrs. Lillian Edith Jones, age 64, of Roanoke died Wednesday. She was the widow of Marvin Jones and is survived by three sons and daughters-in-law, Marvin E. and Vickie K Jones, Frank P. and Karen G. Jones, and John D. Jones, all of Roanoke; a daughter-in-law, Barbara G. Jones, of Roanoke; and two daughters and sons-in-law, Elaine J. and W. David Meador, of Roanoke; Lou J. and Roy L. Kessinger of Roanoke; three brothers L.B. Gibbs, of Ohio; Gatewood Gibbs, of Fla.; and Raymond Dunford, of Martinsville; two sisters, Carolyn Utt, of Woodlawn; and Juanita Hounshell, of Fla.; and grandchildren, Kevin Scott and Patricia H. Beard, Laura Meador and Branden G. Miles, M. Todd Jones, Rebecca Sue Jones, Jennifer Lee Kessinger, Amy Elaine Jones, Richard A. Jones, Brandon P. Jones, Julie Ann Kessinger; and a great-grandchild, Jessica M. Beard; and many dear friends and neighbors. Funeral services will be held 11:00 a.m. Friday, April 20, 1990 at Lotz Funeral Home, Roanoke by Rev. Jemes W. Johnson and Rev. Carter Sloan with burial in Sherwood Memorial Park.
