PHLEGAR, L.

Mrs. Lula W. Phlegar, of 1009 Old Country Club Rd., N.W., died Wednesday. She was the widow of Reeves A. Phlegar and a retired employee of the N&W Railway. Surviving are a granddaughter, Julie Basham Smith, Richmond; grandson, Carter Blackmar; three great-grandchildren. Graveside services will be conducted 10:00 a.m. Friday in Evergreen Burial Park with Dr. Beverly Felty officiating. The family will receive friends from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. Thursday at Oakey's Roanoke.
