FLOYD - Zula Alta Phillips, age 91, widow of Rollie N. Phillips, passed away Wednesday, April 18, 1990, in a Salem hospital. Surviving are one sister, Callie Slusher, Floyd; one brother, Trent Weeks, Floyd; several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, April 20, at the Maberry Funeral Home Chapel with Dale Mannon officiating. Burial will be Indian Creek Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. Thursday at the Maberry Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Floyd County Rescue Squad.
