OBIT-GERLETTE, N.

Mrs. Nanette Hodges Gerlette, age 80, of Troutville, Va. died Thursday. She was past president of the Disable American Veteran, past president of the VFW and past president of the American Legion and was former college of region of the Roanoke Moose Lodge #1022. She is survived by a dear friend, Harold O. Castleman; her adopted daughter, Mrs. Irene (Frank) Figgers, Troutville; one niece, Charlotte Marie Turner, Salem; and one nephew, Ernest Hodges, Winston Salem, N.C. She is also survived by great-nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be 12:00 noon Saturday, April 21, at Lotz Roanoke Chapel by Father James E. Park with burial in Fair View Cemetery.
