ROCKY MOUNT - Mrs. Mary Elizabeth Stanley Holley, age 68, of Route 5, died Thursday, April 19, 1990, in the Roanoke Memorial Hospital. She was born in Franklin County, May 18, 1921, daughter of the late Henry Stanley and Fannie Elizabeth Ingram Stanley. She was also preceded in death by a daughter, Rose Mary Mason on March 2, 1990. She is survived by her devoted husband, Guy J. Holley of the residence; one son and daughter-in-law, Ronald and Phyllis Holley of Rocky Mount; two daughters and three sons-in-law, Deborah and Sam Trail, Linda and Jackie Underwood, all of Ferrum; and Cecil Mason of Rocky Mount; seven grandchildren, Greg, Brad, and Daryl Holley, Doug and Deanna Mason, Jeremy Trail, and Nichole Underwood; two brothers and sisters-in-law, Elton and Pearl Stanley of Ferrum; Earl and Mabel Stanley of Henry; one sister and brother-in-law, Verlie and Grady Holley of Martinsville; two sisters-in-law, Geneva Stanley and Ruby Young, both of Ferrum. Funeral arrangements are incomplete and will be announced by Arrington-Bussey Funeral Home on Saturday.
