OBIT VADEN, M.

Margaret Hahn Vaden, age 75, has gone home to be with our Lord, Saturday, April 21. She was born in Covington, Va. and was preceded in death by her husband, William R. Vaden. She was a member of South Roanoke United Methodist Church. Surviving are four children, Ann Vaden Fink, Eric V. Vaden, both of Roanoke; Charles W. Vaden, Hardy; David H. Vaden, Charlottesville; 11 grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorials be made to the Cave Spring Rescue Squad, or the American Cancer Society. A memorial service will be conducted at 11:30 a.m. Wednesday, at South Roanoke United Methodist Church, with Dr. M. Douglas Newman officiating. Interment will be at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday in Highland Memory Gardens, Dublin, Va. The family will receive friends Tuesday from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. at Oakey's South Chapel, and Wednesday from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m. at South Roanoke United Methodist Church.
